Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium digital products sold on Totsname.com, operated by Rexon India.

Digital Products

Premium reports and generated astrology services (Kundali, Gun Milan, Combo and naming reports) are digital products delivered instantly online and by email after a successful payment.

Premium and Business plans also include a complimentary 5 Mukhi Rudraksh, a physical item shipped within India. It is dispatched only after the 5-day refund period below has ended, so a refunded order is never shipped.

Cancellation

Credit plans (Premium, Business and top-ups) carry a 100% refund guarantee for 5 days from the date of payment. Request a refund within that period and the full amount you paid is returned to the original payment method.

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated. If you have not yet generated the report after paying, contact us and we will help.

When a Refund Is Allowed

  • You request it within 5 days of paying for a credit plan or top-up — a full 100% refund, no reason needed.
  • Payment was completed successfully but the report was not generated or not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate charge).

When a Refund Is Not Allowed

  • The digital report has already been successfully generated and delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or guidance (reports are informational — see our Disclaimer).
  • Incorrect birth details entered by the user.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@totsname.com (or use the Contact Us page) with your Order ID / Payment ID within 7 days of the transaction. We verify eligible requests and, if approved, refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
