Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as language and theme), and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; some features may then not work as expected.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as pages visited and device type) to improve our content and performance. This data is not used to personally identify you.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay. We only store your order details (order/payment ID, amount, status and the contact details you provide) to deliver your product and provide support.

AI-Assisted Features

Some naming suggestions and reports are generated using automated and AI-assisted calculations based on the inputs you provide. Where an external AI provider is used to help rank or personalise name suggestions, only the minimal preferences needed for that request are sent (for example chosen traits and style) — we do not send your identity for this purpose. Your Kundali/astrology calculations are performed on our own servers. These outputs are informational and are covered by our Disclaimer.

Kundali Birth Details — 48-Hour Deletion

Birth details entered to generate a Kundali or Gun Milan report (name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth) are automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after the report is generated. A background process runs every hour to remove expired records, so deletion does not wait for any manual action.

We keep these details only for the short period needed to let you re-open, print or download the report you just created. Please download or print your PDF within 48 hours.

After those 48 hours we retain only a non-reversible chart reference (a one-way cryptographic hash) together with your account ID, so that if you already paid credits to unlock a chart you are not charged the full amount again for the same chart. This reference is kept for up to 3 years, matching the validity of purchased credits. It contains no name, no date of birth, no time of birth and no place of birth, and it cannot be converted back into those details.

Because a Kundali usually concerns a child, we treat these inputs as sensitive. We do not use birth details for advertising, profiling or tracking, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties. Kundali calculations are performed on our own servers.

Data Retention

We keep account and saved data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained as required for accounting, tax and support. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your Choices & Rights” below); some records may be retained where the law requires.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide naming tools, saved names and astrology reports.
  • To process premium purchases and deliver digital reports and receipts.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
  • To improve our content, features and overall experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as Razorpay for payments, and our hosting/email providers) strictly to operate the service, and where required by law.
